Here is a colection of photographs I took whilst serving in Belfast, N.Ireland between 1986 and 87

A young corporal making notes as he is out patrolling. At the end of each shift, each commander had to go through a debrief. As sometimes patrols could last hours and the soldiers would be tired; it was easier to write everything down to jog the memory. Even the littlest of details could have a huge impact for the intelligence guys
